What is “NEXT FUKUOKA FOOD PROJECT”?
NEXT FUKUOKA FOOD PROJECT is an initiative that helps restaurants in Fukuoka City welcome international visitors and grow together with the local community.
To create attractive restaurants that are chosen by visitors from overseas, the project focuses on hospitality, sharing the flavors of Fukuoka, and communicating the charm of the city. By engaging with customers and revitalizing the local area together, this project aims for sustainable growth.

February 6, 2026 – February 28, 2026
