We would like to express our deepest sympathy to those who are suffering from the impact of the aftermath of East-Japan Earthquake and Tsunami.

As Fukuoka City’s Convention Bureau, we intend to apply any possible measures to support convention organizers in need, one of such being the issuance of letters from Fukuoka’s Mayor and the Commissioner of Japan Tourism Agency of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to encourage participation and convening MICE events in Fukuoka City.
